Our refund policy follows the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code. As with any purchase made on the internet, it is possible to return it, notifying us within seven business days after receiving the purchase. We also offer as an option, exchange or return and refund in the following cases:

Product sent is not the same as purchased.
Product in wrong size/color to what was originally ordered.
Product with quality problems.

In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We also offer refunds for cases where the delivery time has exceeded our stipulated maximum time (see "Delivery and Time" page)

The refund request must be made solely and exclusively through our email communication channel: Opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and the response time is up to 48 business hours.

All refunds are made through our payment gateway, Mercado Pago, regardless of the payment method: credit card, bank slip or pix. The request is made to Mercado Pago and proof of the request is sent via email.

If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for a refund to be made.
Then contact your bank. In general, there is a processing time before a refund is made.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.

If you're shipping a high-value product, consider taking out a tracking service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
